I reserved an appartment and was not given check in details until 6pm I was left stranded and had to look for an alternative accommodation to stay. Very disappointed

Well located apartment close to major shopping centres and suitable for extended stays. However the property lacked the advertised television for the entire duration of my stay and some of the cookware raised safety concerns. My main issue was with the billing process where an extension charge was processed without any prior disclosure of the rate and despite multiple requests no invoice was ever provided. I would recommend confirming all pricing in writing before agreeing to any extension of your stay.
