Available for rental all year you will enjoy the large open living and dining area, well equipped kitchen, screened and open porches and private back deck that is perfect for grilling. Other features include; Tankless water heater, 1st and 2nd floor Ensuite Bedrooms with Queen and King beds, additional bedrooms on the second floor with 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 2 Twins, an enclosed outside shower for a refreshing rinse off after the perfect beach day, private back yard and room for up to 6 cars in the driveway so you can park and walk to the ocean, boardwalk and all of the shopping and dining in town. NO BEACH WEEK OR GRADUATION CELEBRATIONS ARE PERMITTED.
