The fully equipped kitchen features clean white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and an AGA range cooker, along with bar seating for three. Just beside it, the dining area includes a round table with seating for six, creating a comfortable space for shared meals.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 25 ft by 12 ft. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
