Welcome to Rio’s House – a bright and spacious Halifax getaway, perfect for families and groups.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in this two-level summer home, thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection. Rio’s House features 5 bedrooms, a bonus bunk-bed room for children, 2.5 bathrooms, a sun-filled living room with distant ocean views, and a lovely garden space to unwind—especially enjoyable on sunny summer days.

The home comfortably sleeps 12 guests and can accommodate up to 14 in total (maximum 12 adults). The base rate includes 8 guests, with an additional fee for each extra guest. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

No parties/events. Quiet hours: 10PM–7AM. Only registered guests. No smoking/marijuana use. No pets. Violations may result in cancellation w/o refund.
For safety, BBQs, open-flame cooking (including candles), and use of the top bunk by children over 88 lb (40 kg) are not permitted.
Please treat the home with care: : remove shoes, keep the space tidy, wash dishes after use, sort waste properly, and report any issues promptly.
