Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn-off air conditioner using thermostat. Leave the fobs and keys in the Condo.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Early check-in is allowed only after approval and subject to availability.
Late check-out is allowed after prior approval and will be subject to $35 per hour fee to recover cleaners' cost.
Late check-in allowed until 9:00 PM. Any check-in after 9:00 PM will have to be pre-approved and charged at CAD 100.
