EASY ACCESS- No 4WD or AWD needed (weather permitting). No steep inclines or rough roads to reach our home.

We are in a gated neighborhood, the gate is open 9am-6pm--after these hours you need to call us to be let in. Please note, we aren't able to accommodate check in's past 10pm.

The beautiful Chimney Rock State Park and mountain trails are open, and the quaint, riverside town of Chimney Rock is welcoming visitors to its many shops and restaurants. The lake will be open for boating and swimming in late spring 2026!

December-March has the potential to bring snow and ice, please consider your vehicle capability when booking during this time.

NATURE NOTE:
Being surrounded by the woods means you’re truly one with nature! While we do have regular pest control, you may still encounter a few adventurous insects.

We try to accommodate early check in’s for $25 per hour and can confirm only on the day of check in. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate late check outs. Unapproved early check-in or late check-out will result in a $50 fee.

Shipping to the house is not guaranteed, since the home is not a primary residence, mail is forwarded.
