Very clean, organized and modern place. My family traveled with kid and everything was perfect and equipped for us. Close to the beach and restaurants around. Highly recommended.

The outside of the house isn't the nicest BUT don't let that discourage you . The inside was beautiful! Clean , spacious and comfortable! Two living areas was awesome! We enjoyed the game room ! This place was everything I wanted it to be . Hangout area outside wasn't used seemed dated - can work on the fire pit area a little more ! Whole experience was great !

Had a good stay at Pensacola Properties. The house is nicely put together and clean, even with all the sand in the area. Beds were pretty firm but still fine to sleep on. Overall, a solid spot for a beach trip.
