• The backyard is fully enclosed, perfect for pets to enjoy the outdoors safely.
• Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room, large kitchen, and dining area, plus three bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1 (front): King bed
• Bedroom 2 (middle): Double sofa bed
• Bedroom 3 (back): Queen bed
• The lounge room also includes a king-size sofa bed for added flexibility.

🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside only. A $350 fee will apply if smoking occurs indoors.

🐾 Pets are welcome, but please notify your host via the Airbnb message platform with details about your pet before your stay.

🎉 Small gatherings are allowed, but parties are strictly prohibited. This is to protect our property and respect our neighbours. A $350 cleaning fee will apply if a party is held at the property.
