The condo boasts with natural light, and features a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together!

The two spacious bedrooms each offer ensuite bathrooms, wall-mounted Smart TV's and plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay.

Perfect Location

This location is perfect if you are looking to enjoy all that Savannah has to offer! Everything is within walking distance and there are plenty of great restaurants/bar super close. The property itself was perfect for two couples - plenty of space for all of us. It was a little noisy at night but that is part of the charm. Thanks for everything!

Incapable of resolving issues that arise!

Property headline description reads Condo in Heart of Downtown w/ Rooftop Deck by Lucky Savannah. However I was denied access to rooftop and when contacted management about it I was given the incorrect code 3 different times. Spoke with someone name Jamillah and she quickly got an attitude from my frustration as a so call guest, made the entire situation about herself like she was the one on vacation and literally hung the phone on me during our conversation then refuse to answer as I attempted to call back. Now I have raw meat prepared for my family and was unable to utilize the grill because I got access denied to the rooftop. Customer service in 2024 is the worst. I paid for this place weeks in advance mainly for the rooftop and absolutely nothing was done to get me access. But I did get a text the next morning reminding me of my check out time the following day. Jamillah stated in a text I disrespected her on the phone because I raise my voice outta frustration. But Im the one who ended with no dinner to cook for my family, no rooftop access as described in property description. Now that's disrespectful. Also I had to buy batteries for the remote control for my mom to watch TV. Just know if any issues arise management is incapable of resolving it. And your experience of your stay is not on their list of priorities. Last there's plenty of parking at the building but you have to find your own paid parking on the street or in the parking garage which is about a 5 minute walk

Not so lucky Savannah trip

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check in process wasn’t bad but I did not receive a room code and customer service kept trying to say I did. Finally after 20 minutes, an attitude, and a couple transfers later I did receive a room code. Waiting in the hallway the entire time without AC. NEXT, if you plan to stay I recommend not doing so during a week day because of the construction on the building across the street. It was so loud and started very early. Also there was not an actual comforter for the pull out couch and it got very cold. The rooms have very tiny closets and absolutely no where to put your belongings. The tubs also need something to grab on to because they are very slippery when taking a shower. Also, the floors are really dirty. Do not walk around barefoot or else your feet will be black. Lastly, there’s nowhere cheap to park nearby. You have to walk almost half a mile to a parking garage and pay $12 a day. We had to park temporary behind the building to load and unload our things while the cleaning crew parked illegally in the alley to unload things. They would not move when we were leaving and when I was forced to try and squeeze around them I hit my mirror on the trash can. My group had a good time in Savannah but we will probably not be staying here again.

When we stayed there several years ago the rooftop was exactly as pictured. When we accessed it this time we were horrified. I wish I had taken a picture. Inhospitable to say the least. The decking had some awful glaring whitewash and there were no umbrellas or lounges.

Great location to get places without being directly involved in the hectic "downtown" chaos.

We loved how central this location was to so many things. We were able to walk where we wanted to go and did not need a car. The only downside was the insulation was not very good, so if you had load guests in other rooms you would be woken up and hear everything.

The location was nice and convenient to the historic sites. I would recommend having better pillows they were a bit too flat. We had an infant which required more washing and emptying the trash. When I called the office they accommodated us with additional trash bags and detergent. Sales staff was great in answering questions prior to our trip. Thanks to all!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures on this unit are amazing, though the actual experience did not live up to expectations. The roof top that they advertise is worn down and most of the chairs are broken or removed. They had corn hole boards up there to play with though they were tattered in pieces. The pictures show an open concept when in reality the unit is very small and cramped. The location was stellar, being walking distance from all that you could want to do in Savannah. My group arrived on a Thursday evening just before midnight just to find out that the elevator was broken. We had someone with a broken ankle with us on crutches so the elevator being broken was a HUGE inconvenience. When I informed the company that it was broken and we had someone with issues with us they came and stuck a note on the door that stated "Elevator Broken. Sorry, Mngmt" In the four days that we stayed, the elevator was never fixed. HUGE ADA violation! All in all this is very much a "lipstick on a pig" situation.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The initial experience started rough with the APP that is supposed to contain all the info needed not working. I called and they said they would send the req'd info. All that was sent was the apt door code, not the building entry code or the code for the rooftop. The apt was nice and plenty of room, but there were multiple issues. Threeway light switches in hallway are intermittent, tub in master bath doesn't drain well, ceiling fan light inop, light in washer closet inop, bath fan and light in master inop, bath fan in second bath inop, lamp in second bedroom intermittent. The beds were very uncomfortable and noisy when moving around. It's very noisy in the area and the windows sound like they're open because they let so much noise through. The bedroom blinds do not block any light really, they could use darkening shades. Overall the apt was nice, but there were a lot of issues for a short stay. Even if the maint issues are fixed, the noise and window issues would prevent me from staying there again.

We had 6 people for 5 days and 6 nights. Got more when requested, no problem. The bedroom with the king bed had space issues. We had to adjust the nightstands in order to open the bathroom door more fully. Otherwise, it was "almost perfect". Should I visit the area in the future I will definitely look into renting from Lucky Savannah again. Thank you!

The only complaints I have are that the shower curtain in the main bath was moldy and there was no kleenex or trash cans in the bathrooms. It was a bit awkward to carry all the trash from the bathroom out to the kitchen. None of these things would prevent me from renting this location again. Just minor issues. The rooftop deck was wonderful!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a reunion with special friends so I was excited to find a place that was Marriott endorsed. Unfortunately the property was no where near Marriott standards but more like a run down motel suite. From the unbelievable single door entrance on an alley with no parking nearby(closest parking is 2 blocks away, good luck if it's pouring)The door is opened with a code and if it closes you have to enter the code all over again and to try to prop it open with a suitcase which didn't work because the door was so heavy. Upon entering the rental we all realized quickly that this was no five star place with the college dorm like furniture that had seen better days, scratched and dull. As we unpacked we found there was practically no storage. The king bedroom didn't have suitcase stands because the room was too small. You couldn't open the bathroom door without hitting the nightstand. The king and Queen bathrooms had pedastel sinks with no shelves to put your toiletries. Plenty of people tried using the curved top to the toilet tank as evidenced by all the toiletry bottles behind the tank! To top it all off the place hadn't had a good cleaning in awhile. There were dust bunnies everywhere, the floor had things stuck to it, the sinks needed a good scrubbing along with the showers. The king shower didn't drain well so you stood in yours and whoever else's dirty water and the Queen shower had mold in the corners. There was a broken lamp in the living room and someone's tweezers under the couch. I have pictures of everything I'm noting here. Thankfully the kitchen seemed clean. I was so embarrassed to have my dear friends come to a place like this! The cost of 245,000+. Points was for a 5 star place for 3 nights, this wasn't one! I was deeply disappointed and won't try to rent a place like this through Marriott again. The only thing good about this property was the location, walkable to most everything.

Savannah is quite walkable and this location is perfect to enjoy the river to the north and Forsythe Park to the south.Water pressure from showers was amazing!
