Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, the kitchen facilities, dining area, bathrooms, toilets, and the outdoor space with seating.

The laundromat area is not included in the booking and is not accessible to guests.

⚠️IMPORTANT- Damage Deposit
To ensure coverage for any incidental damages or additional costs during your stay, Bush to Bay Holiday Stays requires a $250 pre-authorisation hold on your credit card, which will be taken two days prior to check-in.
This is not an actual charge. The funds are simply reserved and will be released after check-out, provided the property is left in good condition and no additional charges apply. Release times may vary depending on your bank’s processing time.
If the pre-authorisation cannot be successfully completed prior to check-in, the reservation may be cancelled in accordance with our booking terms and no refund will be issued.
House Rules

• Strictly no parties, events, or large gatherings
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property at all times
• Please respect neighbours — no excessive noise, especially in the evenings
• No smoking
• The property must be left tidy, with dishes washed and rubbish removed
• Furniture must not be moved between rooms
• Please treat the home with care and report any damage immediately
• Commercial use, functions, or unapproved group activities are not permitted
