Beachfront home, directly across from the beach. The first floor is a self-contained haven with its own kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom/laundry and rumpus/fourth bedroom. The first floor opens on to a sun-soaked deck with outdoor shower.
Upstairs, the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge spill out to a balcony with ocean views and BBQ. This features two generous bedrooms, a bathroom and a relaxed sitting area.
2 car garage.
Note: There is no access to the rooftop terrace.
