About this property

Mountain Views & Dog friendly on Woodbank


Welcome to our 3-bedroom property is the perfect place for you and your family including a fully fenced pet friendly yard.

Linen, towels, and cleaning provided (for the $95 cleaning fee)

There is a separate self-contained Guesthouse, 1 bedroom at the rear of the house. (Available in our other listing).
Driveway is shared; you can temporarily park under the lean-to for loading & unloading only.
Car parking at front and rear of house.

There is free unlimited Wi-Fi, a 55" flat screen Smart TV with Freeview.

You will be kept warm in the winter and cool in the summer with a Heatpump. There is a fireplace with wet back for plenty of hot water. Supplied firewood in lean to (watch your head, low roof)
Conservatory to relax and enjoy views and outdoor seating and sunshade with a BBQ

NOTE: No campervans, or high sided vehicles down the driveway as,
LOW CLEARANCE house roof (Lean to). Low side Clearance 2050mm (2.05 Metres) or (approx. 6.7 feet).

Master Bedroom Queen Bed walk in robe (storage for extra blankets etc).
2nd Bedroom has a Queen Bed.
3rd Bedroom has a Single Bed & Double bunk with upper Single Bed.
Bathroom has underfloor heating. Turn on with switch on the side of controller and manually adjust temperature, needs 30min to warm up.

The township is a 20–25-minute walk or a 3-minute drive.
There are some games, books and even a guitar to try out.
Enjoy mountain views from the deck and on clear nights the stars are awesome.

Please pick up your Dog doo. Rubbish / recycle bins (3x) in lean-to

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

If you bring your dog, please clean up after them.

Leave the outside (labelled) light switches on, they are on a sensor.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We allow dogs but don't bring puppies, we know how they like to chew...furniture.

No Stag do's or Hen's parties. And we are too far from town bars to stagger back home, especially at night.

Great wee house for a family to stay at. Good location if you like being slightly away from the hustle and bustle with an easy bike into town.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was affordable, the house is spacious, comfortable and warm. It had everything we needed. Check in and communication from the host was so easy. The host is very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended to others.

Can't say enough about this property. 4 adults 2 pre school kids and 3 dogs. Warm, welcoming, secure comfortable. Highly recommend this and would definitely stay again. Thank You.
