Nestled in the Del Monte Forest and centrally located between Spanish Bay, Poppy Hills and Spyglass golf courses in Pebble Beach®, you will find this spacious vacation home that will serve as your home-away-from-home when you visit the Monterey Peninsula. Slip on your walking shoes and head west just one mile and you'll be strolling along the shores of the Pacific and viewing famous Bird Rock and Seal Rock or hop in the car and take the scenic route along 17 Mile Drive® toward Carmel-by-the-Sea to visit galleries and world-class restaurants.

Sandy beaches and wildlife are a highlight of this central California coast location. Migrating whales, sea otters, sea lions, pelicans and many sea birds can be seen daily as you explore the coastline.

Situated on a generous lot, this residence offers the perfect blend of coastal location, gracious space and is a short distance to Monterey Peninsula Country Club. Enjoy MPCC Golf Course views, whitewater ocean and sunset views from multiple vantage points.

Living Space
The elevated entry is about 8 steps up from the driveway level.
This two-level, 1,930 sf home feels very spacious. The living room has a TV with a decorative fireplace (no burning). The home has a separate family room with a decorative fireplace (no burning).
Filtered ocean views can be seen from the living room and two bedrooms in the home. Open the windows or step outside and enjoy the fresh air and ocean breeze from this beach house.
TVs in the home are wifi-enabled Smart TVs. Guests should bring the logins for their streaming subscriptions to view programming.

Outside there is a yard fenced for privacy, deck seating, table and chairs for outdoor dining and a BBQ grill.

Kitchen and Dining
The fully-equipped kitchen is chef-ready so you can prepare delicious meals at your vacation home.

3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms are upstairs.
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a California king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower.
Bedroom #2 has a king bed and a TV.
Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and a TV.
The full hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination.
The home also has a half bathroom on the main level near the living areas.

The washer and dryer are available for guest use and they are located in the garage.

Off-street parking is available in the 2-car garage or on the sloping driveway for 2-3 vehicles.

We are absolutely not able to host pets of any kind at this home due to the Homeowner's severe allergies.

This home has a Ring doorbell near the front door that is monitored regularly for security.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
