Inside, this spacious top-floor retreat offers more than 700 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 6 guests. Comfortable and well-equipped for a beach getaway, the condo features tile flooring throughout, a Gulf-front balcony, and a blend of updated features alongside classic island-inspired furnishings.



The open-concept main living area combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one bright and welcoming space designed for easy vacation living. Relax after a beach day on the queen sleeper sofa while watching cable programming on the TV or gather around the dining table with seating for four plus additional seating at the kitchen counter.



The updated kitchen offers quartz countertops, full-size appliances, a stackable washer and dryer, cookware, dinnerware, and a variety of small appliances including a Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, crock pot, and more — the basics needed for preparing meals at home before another sunset stroll on the beach.



The split-bedroom floor plan offers privacy for families traveling together. The primary suite features a queen bed, private sliding door access to the Gulf-front balcony, a walk-in closet, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower. The guest suite includes a pair of twin beds, Smart TV, and is adjacent to a half bathroom. The sleeper sofa in the living area can accommodate 2 additional guests.



One of the highlights of this condo is the fully screened beachfront balcony, perfectly positioned for panoramic Gulf views and nightly sunsets. Enjoy warm tropical breezes while enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails overlooking the beach and water.

To make your beach days easier, the condo includes beach gear and beach towels; bed linens, bath towels and kitchen towels are also included.



Additional conveniences include one designated parking space, additional guest parking on a first-come basis, and convenient keyless entry with an electronic keypad.
