Those of you who know the northern Brittany, already know that Saint - Cast offers all the nice and frenchy seaside amenities families dream of to spend perfect holidays there...!
I offer you a beautiful Duplex apartment for 8 for rent in my villa which is situated right atop the cliff of the Pointe de la Garde with breathtaking views of the seaside and the beach in 180 ° views.
Silence is golden and guaranteed: the villa is sitting underneath the path, chemin de douaniers (GR34), just in between the path and the seaside, i.e. no cars, no traffic, and no noise. You and your family have a direct access to a two-minute walking path to the beach and the sea.
This beach apartment of 120m² is on the first and second floor of the high standard villa and has its own separate entry.
Its offers on the first floor:

a bedroom for two and a direct access to the terrace, a walk-in closed, a bathroom with a tub, a separate WC, a kitchen and a huge salon and living. The salon is equipped with a TV station (Jerzey channels available) as well as a HiFi station and a fireplace. The salon and the enclosed living are spotting fantastic views on the beach and the seaside. The salon and living have direct access each to the huge terrace, where you can enjoy the sun, your lunch, tea time and dinner or observe the kids playing on the beach while you are staying at home. The kitchen is fully equipped (4 ceram plates, fridge, dishwasher and microwave).

It offers on the 2nd floor:
A huge parent bedroom with a washing stand and a small balcony.
A 3-bed-bedroom with three single beds for kids, an additional children bed, as well as a washing stand.
There is a 1-bathroom with shower. A separate WC is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
Please be aware that the access to the apartment is not fit for people who have walking difficulties!
A game sports’club for children is open during the summer months.
You have to bring your own bedsheet, towels and clean the apartment before departure

Charmantes bretonisches Haus mit wundervollem Mobiliar

Das Ferienhaus besticht durch seinen gigantischen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Saint Cast le Guildo und das offene Meer. Kein anderes Haus verstellt die Sicht und die großen Fenster im Erdgeschoss ermöglichen es die Gezeiten und das bunte Treiben am wunderschönen Strand zu beobachten. Der Sandstrand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Das Haus ist mit tollen alten Möbeln ausgestattet und bietet reichlich Platz für 6 Personen. In der Küche ist ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden und die oberen Zimmer besitzen sehr praktische Waschbecken zusätzlich zu einem Bad auf jeder Etage. Auch im Winter war es schön warm im Haus und der Kamin hat sein übriges zur Gemütlichkeit beigetragen. Der Zugang zum Haus ist nicht barrierefrei, aber gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Dame vor Ort liefen einwandfrei und sehr freundlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und von den ganzen kulinarischen und lokalen Tipps des Vermieters profitiert. Das Haus ist eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man alten Charm und Küstennähe zu schätzen weiß!

On a vraiment beaucoup apprécié ce petit paradis au-dessus de la plage et la mer avec une vue de rêve, presque irréelle. Certes, tout n'est plus tout à fait neuf dans la maison, MAIS ce n'est pas grave puisqu'elle a le joli charme d'une maison familiale qui est vraiment équipée de tous les outils ménagers qu'il faut. La dame qui nous a accueillis était très gentille et attentive à nos besoins.
