Positioned at the front of The Sands complex, the apartment makes the most of its beachfront setting. Full-width windows frame the views across Onetangi Bay and fill the living spaces with natural light throughout the day.

The lounge provides a relaxing place to unwind after a day by the water and includes a Smart TV and high-speed internet, while the dining area sits beside the windows to make the most of the outlook.
