The backyard features a heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Game room includes a pool table, ping pong, two arcade machines, poker, darts, and Xbox. Set on 5 acres with a private forest trail. Skaneateles, Tinker Falls, Syracuse, and Song Mountain are within 30 minutes. Ski, hike, wine taste, or relax onsite.
Some trips are about going hard. Some are about finally slowing down. Gateway FLX is built for both. Sometimes in the same afternoon.
The front porch faces southwest across an open valley. It's the kind of view that makes people put their phones down. The back deck has a heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit. There's a barrel sauna. A full game room. Five acres with a forest trail out back. And the entire Finger Lakes within 30 minutes.
