Hip and newly remodeled with all the cool and modern amenities! Come experience the efficiency.Not only are you one mile from LeConte Center, Cal Ripken Baseball Parks, The Island but also the heart of Pigeon Forge! In the woods but close to the action!

You will have a fully private studio with beautiful walk-in shower, 42” flat screen smart TV, mini-kitchen for meal prep & a 10” memory foam queen mattress platform bed.

Guests have full access to their own private units with keyless entry. (Code will be a available upon confirmation of reservation). Laundry room is available with front loading washer and dryers that are coin operated and open with code access 24 hours. Code will be in check in instructions. Coin changer on site.

Bring your personal items and let us provide you with efficient and safe living while in Pigeon Forge.

We do not have an on-site office. Be sure and read check in instructions prior to your arrival to obtain studio access.

Please be aware we do not provide daily housekeeping or provide additional towels, toilet paper/trash bags during your stay. We provide two rolls per bathroom and a two trash bags in kitchen. Please prepare should you have extended stays. Please do not take the soap bottles as you will be charged to replace them. Bottles are sanitized between guests’ stays. Absolutely no 3rd party bookings. All pets must be disclosed at time of booking.

We are less than 3 miles from Dollywood and one mile from The Island. We set between Teaster Lane and Veterans Blvd. You’ll find the location to be both convenient with a nice park-like setting. The brand new Food City is just a minute away. You will find this location off the beaten path but so close to all the action.
Should you bring your pet please do not leave them unattended.
We have a zero tolerance policy for unlawful activity which includes any illegal drug activity. We have a clean, safe and appealing community to call home and want to keep it that way. We stand behind our philosophy of “If you see something, say something!”

The landfill, which is less than 1 mile away can produce a strong odor at times. This is a random occurrence that is dependent mainly on weather and winds. We are at the property often and it generally occurs Monday mornings and some mornings more so than evenings as well as after rains in the heat and humidity. More often than not it's not a huge issue but there are times it can be quite strong, on these days it affects most of Pigeon Forge including Dollywood and the strip. You will never have an issue inside the studios. It is extremely rare to have this occur at night or weekends. The convenience of the cabin outweighs the rain and potential for this odor.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Do not strip the beds. Please take trash to the dumpster, which is located at the end of the sidewalk near entrance. Please close the dumpster doors to avoid wildlife making a huge mess. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no smoking, vaping or incense burning of any kind inside units. Please dispose butts in proper receptacles.
No drugs Of any kind on premises. Immediate eviction if rules are not honored.
Not responsible for lost or left items. Any items left at property that are found can be shipped back for $25 plus cost of postage.

Went for our 10 year wedding anniversary..

It was Amazing, Lisa was very helpful and great with communication. The room was perfect for our kid free getaway close to everything we did. And only a beautiful drive to Gatlinburg took us roughly 30-40 mins of that. We really enjoyed the room and the ability to cook some of our meals to save us money. We would definitely come back and recommend it..

Anniversary Getaway

We were very happy with our stay at ‘14 on the Ridge’! We spent the entire day at Dollywood, so we were late coming in our first night but getting into our room was a breeze. The location was quiet, away from the hustle of the strip but close enough to be convenient to everything! The room was clean and perfect size for me and my hubby. Will definitely stay here again!

We were concerned with the overkill of surveillance cameras. Not reallly an issue as we made friends with the staff and long term tenants. Only smelled the landfill twice. Not overbearing.

Amazing

We LOVED our rental!! So cozy, and peaceful! The room was very clean, and super cute. We will definitely be back!! It’s a hidden gem for sure. The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of is the landfill is pretty close to the property, for the most part you can’t smell it. One evening it was windy and the smell was more noticeable but not terribly.

Loved it here!

My partner and I were looking for a quiet place to stay and we found just that staying here. Upon entering, the apartment was clean and instructions were clear about what was expected. The apartment was close to all tourist attractions and food which made it super easy to leave and get back quick, if needed. My partner and I felt safe in this location. Our host was also very kind and helpful. To add on, this was my first experience using Vrbo and booking this place did not disappoint. I’d definitely stay again.

Cozy and Convenient

Only minutes from town, this property feels like you are deep in the heart of the woods. The space is just big enough for one or two people. The bed was comfortable and the crackling fire feature on the wall opposite the bed adds a cozy feel to the room. It was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

RELAX off the beaten path!!

This property was absolutely wonderful!! If you do find yourself cooking while on vacation as we did bring foil or use the small warm up containers from dollar tree!! The toaster oven will work to warm up leftovers just fine. Bring popcorn already popped if you love late movies. It is listed as bot having a microwave. This little cozy comfortable studio bedroom is as pictured and described. Met some nice folks that stayed here as well. It's SECURE which let us sleep very well at night. I would definitely recommend or stay again.

I didn’t realize this was a studio as in a renovated motel room. It had a few quitks. The high step up into the bathroom was unusual. It felt unsafe stepping down during a night visit to bathroom. There were scant supplies in the kitchen and it was farther away from events than I thought.

Incredible vacation, great stay!

The studio was the perfect size for my husband and me. The dog had plenty of outdoor space and we enjoyed having tables where we could eat outside. It is in a super quiet neighborhood, right in the middle of everything in Pigeon Forge. The wifi was strong, the fridge stays cold, the AC worked GREAT and the room has a Roku tv. There were very few things that need to be changed. A previous vacationer had mentioned how hard the mattress was. They were right, it is pretty hard. Once you fall asleep it's not so bad but we did wake up achy some mornings. The other thing is that the unit really needs a new pot and pan, we tried to cook eggs one morning in the pan and even with PAM sprayed in it, the eggs stuck to the pan. We ended up going to Food City and buying a new pan during our stay. Other than those 2 things, it was a GREAT place to stay and we will definitely stay here again.

Cute little place to stay perfect for a couple. Had an issue with the mini fridge but communication with host was great. Outside the odor from the landfill was strong at early morning but couldn't smell in room. Leave your windows up on car entering the area and you be fine. I would stay again for sure. It's close to most of the attractions in pigeon forge.
