Living & Dining: The heart of the home is a light-filled, open-plan living area with comfortable seating and a dining space perfect for long holiday breakfasts. Large windows frame the surrounding mountain ranges, bringing the beauty of Wanaka inside.



Kitchen: A fully equipped, modern kitchen features everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal or a quick snack after a day of adventuring.



Bedrooms: With four well-appointed bedrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone to find their own quiet corner.



Bathrooms: Two clean, modern bathrooms (including an ensuite for the master) ensure no morning queues.



Outdoor Living: Step outside to a fully fenced 797sqm section. The established gardens create a private oasis where kids can play safely while adults enjoy a BBQ and a glass of Central Otago Pinot Noir against a backdrop of breathtaking mountain vistas.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, the private backyard, and the garage/off-street parking area. The property is fully fenced, providing privacy and security throughout your stay.

While Wanaka is a very walkable town, we recommend a vehicle to explore the wider Queenstown-Lakes district.
