Near wedding venues, entertainment centre, sporting facilities, University (UOW) and about 90 mins drive from Sydney or Blue Mountains. Perfect base for whale watching season. Come, stay and play!

You'll enjoy our cozy home with the following features

- 3 bedrooms; two downstairs & one loft bedroom upstairs

- Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, kettle, toaster etc.

- 2 living areas with TV and Wi-Fi

- Large dining table

- Communal laundry

- Parking is permissible for a small car in front of the property, the driveway is shared access for other units and cannot be blocked for safety reasons. A large car will need to use street parking.



Guest Access:

All spaces of the house are yours to use. The only shared space is the communal laundry if you choose to use it. contains washing machine snd dryers. There are 3 individual drying racks available if you would prefer to dry your clothes in your own space.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet and calm neighbourhood, lots of people who love a scenic beachside walk along the harbour at various times of the day.



Getting Around:

One car park spot infront of the property. Bus stop across the road. Local bus route is free. shuttle bus routes 55A and 55C loop between the station , Wollong hospital and university of Wollongong and innovation campus.



Other Things to Note:

-No parties inviting unregistered guests allowed.

-No smoking.

-Sorry, no pets (there are great pet-stay facilities close by).



-One hour to Sydney or one and a half hours to the Blue Mountains.



-Great place for cyclist enthusiasts (check Zwift tracks)



-Great place for food, relaxing and water play.
