Spacious dining and living area face yo pool ,laundry with dryer
Conveniently located between Brisbane and Gold Coast (Around 35 minutes drive to Brisbane city and Gold Coast theme parks)
No events or parties allowed , Smoking allowed only outside of house
Respect our elderly neighbours by reducing noise.(No noise after 9pm in weekdays or weekends
Please keep both rubbish bins outside on Wednesday collection on Thursday
No pets allowed

• No unregistered visitors are allowed without prior approval.
