Great location. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, coffee, shopping, everything. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, extra towels, and beach items.

The property is very clean and comfortable and in an excellent vacation. It was pricey for us, but it was graduation weekend at UCSB. If you can get the unit at a comparatively reasonable price, it is a terrific place to stay
