The Garden House offers a unique place to stay on Cortes Island in Whaletown with an expansive kitchen, king size bed, large living space with pullout, and a unique stone and cedar walk-in shower.

The Garden House is a highly unique building, which we used to call home prior to recent renovations. The wall-to-wall windows offer brilliant light inside and plenty of heat when desired. Blackout curtains offer the ability to block out heat and sun and the mini split system offers hassle-free heating and cooling.
The super comfortable king-size bed will provide excellent sleep each night.
All sheets and bathroom linens are 100% cotton.
The kitchen provides the ability to cook excellent meals with quality tools, utensils, and appliances.
Dimmer switches throughout the space offer the ability to change lighting as your mood dictates.

The hosts were very friendly, helpful and had great communication. The property was very clean and beautifully rustic. Just a heads up for those travelling with more than two people and those that value privacy- the bathroom doesn’t have an actual door (just separated by curtain) nor does the bedroom. No fault of the hosts just something we had to get used to as four adults. The toilet will take some getting used to with the flushing but we had no problems. Just has to be diligent with the tissue paper in the garbage. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with a gorgeous table and stove.
