About this property

Our condo is beautiful and a perfect fit for any family. It is well stocked and equipped for your vacation. Our unit is truly a home away from home. Our accommodations are well decorated, and you'll find yourself very comfortable in our spacious 1700 sq. ft home. OUR HOME IS THE LARGER FAIRWAYS 2 BEDROOM MODEL that has all the conveniences you'll need including a washer/dryer, private baths for both guests and master suite, and an extra half bath on the main floor. This rental includes Homeowner’s Beach access. There is a ring video doorbell on the exterior of the home.

5 Star Stay at the Mauna Lani Fairways

We've stayed at the Mauna Lani Fairways many times, and the location of this townhome within the community is A+++. Great views and private. The owner was very responsive to our questions and check-in was a breeze. There is plenty of parking available. The townhome comes stocked with everything you will need to cook a gourmet meal, and the BBQ grill on the lanai worked perfectly. Thank you for a great vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Pack lightly and enjoy!

We had a fantastic time at our stay at the Fairways. The unit was well appointed with several towels, a wonderfully stocked kitchen, and plush beds. The owner had lots of beach items that we were able to use as well which helped when all the lounges were taken. There were full size bottle of shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well which was great - I wish I would have know as that would have helped and avoided packing those items. Location of the unit in the community was nice and it provided a quiet stay with a great view of the course. We used the pool a couple times and that was nice in the evenings, the gym was adequate, equipment was old but it got the job done. The overall location in Waiema was nice and we were able to visit Kona, the Volcano, Hilo, Kiholo Bay - it was a nice spot to be. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great vacation getaway

Great communication. Booking was quick and easy and so was checking in and out of the property. Owner is quick to respond to any questions and everything is well organized within the villa. Excellent location, amenities, and space. Villa was clean, and provided everything that we needed for our vacation. Unit is quiet and relaxing. Mahalo!

Very much enjoyed our stay

We found this condo very comfortable. It comes well stocked with everything you might need to cook. There are plenty of beach towels along with beach chairs, coolers, a beach umbrella, etc. We very much enjoyed the pool and the beach club. We would definitely rent this condo again!
