The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this comfortable apartment, a stone's throw from Notre-Dame. Quiet and well appointed, it is perfect for up to five guests.



The apartment includes:

• A sleeping area: it has a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and very comfortable bedding, as well as a single sofa bed.

• A bathroom: the bathroom is equipped with a modern shower, a hairdryer, soap & shampoo.

Separate toilets are also at your disposal for added comfort.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• An open kitchen: fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, hotplates, a dishwasher (currently unavailable), washing machine, a kettle, a washing machine, a Nespresso machine, as well as all the utensils, pots and pans necessary to prepare your meals.

• A bright and welcoming living room: the lounge area has a Smart TV (Netflix, Disney +, etc.), a double sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for relaxing or working remotely.

The apartment also includes a dressing room and practical laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.

• A dining area: this space has a dining table & chairs



IMPORTANT: The dishwasher is not available at the moment. No refunds will be granted.

The Neighborhood:

You will be staying in a historic and lively district of the 5th arrondissement, in the heart of the Latin Quarter, perfect for discovering Paris on foot while enjoying a typically Parisian and university atmosphere. A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch in emblematic addresses such as Café de la Huchette, Le Procope or Le Petit Cluny, and lunch or dinner in renowned restaurants such as La Tour d'Argent or Chez René, perfect for tasting local gastronomy. For your daily shopping, several shops are within walking distance: Monoprix, Franprix, artisan bakeries and greengrocers for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products. Property Access

By Train: If you're coming from the airport, the RER B train will bring you close to the property.



Public Transportation

Subway: The nearest subway stations are Saint-Michel and Cluny – La Sorbonne, connecting you to lines 4 and 10, respectively.

Bus Lines: Several bus lines, including lines 21, 27, 38, and 85, operate nearby, providing convenient access to all corners of Paris.

If you need a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family-Friendly Services

If you require a baby cot and high chair, please inform us in advance (with a 72-hour notice), and subject to availability, we will be happy to provide them. Please note, however, that we do not supply baby linens.



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM.

For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance with applicable fees.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional Fees

Unauthorized late check-out: €90.

Cigarette odor after the stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
