The host was there to both greet us, answer any questions and help with our luggage to the top floor. A wonderful apartment with everything from coffee maker, pastries, water bottles, to a phone charging station, comfy bed, towels, washing machine, easy WiFi access etc etc. very happy. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator so if you are uncomfortable with the thought of stairs-otherwise -it is worth the hike-the location is close to everything. It was a comfy bed, and felt like we were in a little treehouse!
