We are so glad that you enjoyed our suite. Your family were our first guests with our new short term rental. We were a bit nervous but you folks made it a positive experience for us. Thank you for the great review. Hope to see you again.

Firstly, we were upset that they weren't honest about the number of guests staying in our suite. We happened to be in the driveway when they pulled in, there were 4 of them instead of 2 which they had booked. When questioned about it, she walked away saying she was new to VRBO, instead of trying to fix the situation. We had to request additional payment for 2 extra guests numerous times. When the cleaner went in to clean they had disrespected our home by someone vaping in our suite, that's all you could smell. So the cleaner had to a deep clean, due to the smell. It was clearly written, no smoking, vaping etc in or on the property. As far as the negative reviews about our beds, every other guest was very pleased with the brand new queen bed and brand new queen topper that goes on the brand new sofa bed.

Incredible. Attention to detail in cleanliness, consumables and unnecessary yet valuable and appreciated additional comforts was above and beyond any stay we have had. 11/10 stars. Very cute and functional unit, great, quiet location, beautiful garden view and excellent hosts. Will be back.

It was well set up. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The response to questions was quick & helpful. It was a very busy weekend. We had been told accommodation was hard to find so we didn't specify one level being preferred. We are seniors so that was the only thing that was a bit difficult for us.
