The home is two-storey with stairs, offers off-street parking for up to three vehicles, and is strictly non-smoking indoors. Guests are responsible for any damages, and additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively untidy.



All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8 am.
