Interior of house had been cleaned but mugs and cutlery were dirty and had to be washed before use. Front lawn was uncut and had dog poos on it. Whole back yard was a building site with red mud from front of property to the back and consequently floor in the house was dirty. Screen door fell off when trying to open. Kitchen cupboard door falling off. Indoor and outdoor dining seating was so flimsy we felt unsafe to sit on it. The house was advertised as non smoking but reeked of stale cigarettes.
