Experience the high quality of life with which the city of Vienna has been awarded several times in this apartment. This apartment was optimally furnished and equipped especially for longer (business) stays.
It is located on the 1st Floor of a small apartment building near Schönbrunn Palace. You are surrounded by numerous gardens and yet public transport takes you to the vibrant city center in just 15 minutes.
If you are arriving by car, you can park it in the garage in the neighboring house for an extra charge during your stay.

The Schönbrunn Palace, the oldest surviving zoo in the world and the Technical Museum invite you to enjoy culture in just a few minutes. The parks offer ample opportunities for walking or running. At nearby Hietzinger Platz you will find numerous shops, boutiques and restaurants.

You stay in a house that was built in 1872 and has only recently been renovated. The entrance area is already fascinating due to the hand-carved wooden ceilings that were made by the Stadlhofer carving company.

The old Viennese charm of the apartment on the 1st Floor has been lovingly preserved and adapted to the modern needs of its residents. The high rooms, the large double doors and the original herringbone parquet are reminiscent of times long past. The open fireplace radiates cozy warmth on cold days and when the burning wood crackles, pure cosiness returns.

On 80m² (3 large rooms), the apartment for two people offers plenty of freedom of movement and retreat. For a short time, two guests can also spend the night on the pull-out couch in the living room.

The living room is equipped with high-tech for work and entertainment. The fast broadband internet access (also via WLAN) enables you to work comfortably. A large flat screen TV with surround sound, DVD player and an i-Pod docking station for your favorite media provide entertainment.

The high quality and tasteful furnishings will also please your guests. In the top-equipped kitchen you can conjure up a great menu that you can enjoy while eating on the fully glazed airconditioned loggia. After a hard day, you can rest your eyes in the surrounding gardens and the underfloor heating ensures warm feet even on cold days.

In summer you can use the flowering garden to relax together or cool off in the pool. The counter-current system provides suitable fitness training for those with sporty ambitions. On the charcoal grill you can conjure up a delicious BBQ and enjoy the mild nights in the middle of the city.

Lovely peaceful apartment, beautiful artwork, pool. Walking distance to Schonbrunn, supermarket, tram to innerstadt. Clean apartment with well appointed kitchen. Large bedroom and lounge. The apartment is exceptional, very specious, stylish and clean.The location is very nice, not far from the main attractions, 10 minutes walk to Schönbrunn palace and park.It's about 15 min train ride from the centre of the city. Lovely apartment in excellent location with wonderful pool

This was a fantastic place to stay in Vienna. The apartment itself was so spacious and clean and lovely - even nicer than in the photos. It’s ver6 well equipped and its in a great location - walk to Schönbrunn and easy train into town centre. Supermarket and good restaurant in close walking distance too. Andrea and Franz were perfect hosts. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

This was our second time at this lovely property and it didn't disappoint. All very familiar and convenient for transport links to explore different parts of Vienna. A bonus to have the pool and on site parking. Comment on the change from our previous visit - there was plenty of room to have installed a larger shower but it served its purpose.

First Class apartment!

Apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with everything we needed for our week in Vienna. It was even more spacious than we thought and the open/closed balcony is a great place to eat and chill. This is an ideal location for tourists who like to get a sense of neighbourhood living whilst being very close to all forms of transport. Two excellent restaurants and supermarket close by. If we could give more than 5 stars we would! This has been our 4th trip to Vienna our first staying here. It was the biggest and most comfortable yet. It is in a quite area yet easily accessible to transit, shopping and Schönbrunn Palace. Having a toddler visit us daily was easy as there was lots of room for him to play. The kitchen was a bonus as we prepared most meals at home. Above all the hosts Andrea and Franz were wonderful people that were always available to answer any questions we had. Undoubtedly, our best accommodation in Vienna. We hope we will be fortunate to stay here again.

Perfect apartment and location

The apartment was perfectly located. Walking distance to Schloss Schonbrunn, the Heitzing U-Bahn station and tram stop and a supermarket. The apartment itself was very spacious for the three of us and was very well equipped particuarly the kitchen. We visited in December and so it was lovely to come home to a nice warm appartment each evening. Public transport is very easy in Vienna. We bought weekly tickets for €17.10 and used the U Bahn everyday to get into the city centre. It was sometimes busy, but never packed (like you get in London) and we never had to wait more than 6 minutes for a train. We loved Vienna and this apartment and would definitely come again

Who could ask for anything more?

My husband & I rented this apartment for 9 nights in late November. It is spacious, spotlessly clean, bright and extremely well equipped. The bed is very comfortable and the bedding of hotel quality. Situated on a quiet street in an owner-occupied building, the street is safe for walking at night (even for a not so young woman walking alone). 5-10 minute walk to 4 major transportation hubs (UBahn, Strassenbahn & busses and the Schnellbahn). I have been in the vacation home rental business for some years and have looked at hundreds of photos and the actual houses/flats represented in them. It is rare to see a property that delivers what the photos show and much more that they don't.

The apartment made Vienna come alive!

The home itself, in the family for generations, beckoned us home every evening. It was spacious, beautifully appointed, immaculate and very comfortable. We savored the glassed-in room with its sliding doors. Breakfast was precious overlooking the flower-filled yard with its swimming pool. Evenings we watched the sun set behind the trees in the neighboring properties. The apartment was filled with light. Access to public transportation to the city center or even out to the Vienna woods was plentiful and simple to use. We walked to the Schönbrunn Palace in 10 minutes. There are several neighborhood restaurants and easy access to the local grocery store. We enjoyed the Café Dommayer and its wonderful pastries nearby, but cafes abound in the city and you can take your pick. Andrea and Franz, our hosts, were on site and available if we needed anything and gave us as much privacy as we wanted. We stayed in their home for two weeks and could have easily stayed longer we felt so at home. There is so much to do in Vienna that the time just flew by. Anyone lucky enough to book this home will not be disappointed.

Wir sind immer noch total begeistert! Ein paar wunderbare Tage sind nun um. Eine gemütliche Wohnung und ein bezaubernder Garten. Vor allem der Pool war ein Highlight für unsere Kinder. Eine super Lage um überall hin zu kommen. Das Schloss Schönbrunn ist Fußläufig erreichbar genauso wie der Zoo. Man kann ein Stellplatz für sein Autodazu mieten, was in Wien sehr sinnvoll ist. Die sehr angenehmen Vermieter machen den Urlaub zu einer runden Sache. Vielen Dank!
