This inviting suite features a Queen-size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the separate living area, along with a Smart TV with Roku and ceiling fans for added comfort — comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The well-appointed kitchen includes counter seating and is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and drip coffee maker, along with dishes, utensils, and cookware for preparing easy meals during your stay. Please note, there is no dishwasher. The bathroom features a convenient shower, rounding out this comfortable suite for your Florida beach getaway.

Guests can enjoy a friendly game of shuffleboard or cornhole, while the recreation room provides a comfortable place to gather, play cards or board games, watch TV, and spend time together. A picnic area with tables is conveniently located near the grill area, making outdoor dining easy and enjoyable. Best of all, onsite beach access provides a convenient path directly to the beautiful sandy shores of Treasure Island. The beach paths at Tropic Terrace also connect to the Treasure Island Boardwalk, giving you an easy way to explore the beachfront by foot, bike, or scooter—or however you choose to enjoy the area. Each suite includes one onsite parking pass. Tropic Terrace is a completely non-smoking property. There are no elevators, and stairs are required for access to upper-floor units. Shared coin-operated washers and dryers are also available onsite for guest convenience.
