Our high quality holiday home has a living area of ​​70 m² and is located on a 1400 m² fully fenced plot. It is located in a quiet residential area between pine and cypress trees on the outskirts of Salles d'Aude.
The holiday home is next to a privately used house.
The nearest sandy, kilometer-long beach is just 7 km, easy to reach by car or bike between the Aude and the la Clape. Bakers, fruits and. Grocery store and large well-stocked Supermarche are in place. The house measures 70 m², has 2 spacious bedrooms and can accommodate 5 people. High-quality mattresses were particularly important.

Beautiful little house

Really nice house, with attention to details and with everything you need in there. Only thing missing: airco for the hot summer days, but we managed with 2 ventilators. Location is very quite and peaceful, but not very close to the touristic parts: about 15-20 min to the closest beach and restaurants.

Wir haben unsere Ferien in Salles d'Aude sehr genossen. Das Haus ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. (Sogar eine Küchenmaschine ist vorhanden.)Im schönen Wintergarten oder auf der Terrasse kann man es sich gemütlich machen. In ein paar Minuten ist man zum Gassigehen mit dem Hund in den Weinbergen.Die (deutsch sprechenden) Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es stehen Fahrräder für die ganze Familie zur Verfügung, Herr Baier hat sich extra Zeit genommen, sie für uns anzupassen. Klare Empfehlung!Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus mit hochwertiger Einrichtung. Sehr praktisch ist der Glasanbau auf der Terrasse. Hier kann man je nach Wetter die Glasscheiben öffnen oder schließen.

Empfehlenswert

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus von Manfred und Marlies sehr geschätzt. Die Doppelhaushälfte, in der anderen Hälfte wohnen die sehr diskreten Vermieter, ist bestens ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Die Matratzen und das Bettzeug sind richtig gut, Bettwäsche und Handtücher konnten wir uns bei den Vermietern leihen, praktisch, wenn man wie wir mit dem Flugzeug anreist. In der Küche findet man wirklich alles, was man braucht, bis hin zu so Kleinigkeiten wie Alufolie oder Küchenrolle. Sogar Kaffee gab's und einen schönen Rotwein zur Begrüssung. Der Wintergarten ist ein großer Pluspunkt, um schon Anfang Mai länger "draussen" sitzen zu können; zusätzlich gibt es noch in dem schönen Garten mit Ausblick eine tolle private Holzterrasse mit Liegestühlen und Außendusche. Die ca. 500 m entfernte Autobahn haben wir schon am zweiten Tag gar nicht mehr wahrgenommen, zumal das Rauschen abhängig von der Windrichtung war. Der Vermieter hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben, was die Erkundung der Gegend angeht. Ein Auto sollte man haben, dann sind Städte, Strand und Weingüter nicht weit entfernt. Wir sprechen unsere Empfehlung aus!

Alles wunderbar!

Familie Baier hat uns auch trotz unserer späten Ankunft willkommen geheißen. Alles war sauber und auch die Kommunikation im Voraus verlief problemlos. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und es ist alles vor Ort, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. MitBlick über das Dorf kann man auch die letzten Sonnenminuten des Tages auf der Terrasse genießen. Während der wenigen Regentage waren wir sehr froh über den Wintergarten, in dem sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter gemütlich sitzen lässt. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 10-15 Minuten zur nächsten Boulangerie, zum Intermarché sind es 20 Minuten zu Fuß, generell ist ein Auto hilfreich. Alles wunderbar, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super nett und alles prima

Wir haben knapp 2 Wochen in dem schönen voll ausgestatteten und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Die beiden Schlafzimmer verfügen über ausreichend Schrankplatz und die Betten garantieren einen erholsamen Schlaf.Das Vermieter-Ehepaar ist vor Ort, super nett mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps. Die ruhige Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach Beziers, Montpellier, Carcasonne, Narbonne und Perpignan. Der nächste Strand ist nur 12 km entfernt und mit weißem Sand, riesen lang und breit lädt er zum Relaxen und baden ein. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt mit vielen Pflanzen und im gläsernen Erker sitzt man super, windgeschützt und hell. Parkpkatz direkt auf dem Grundstück und durch ein elektrisches Schiebetor vor gierigen Händen geschützt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können Die Vermieter und ihr Haus ohne wenn und aber wärmstens empfehlen.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé des super vacances, les propriétaires sont très gentils, discret et disponible. La maison est très bien équipé dans un très jolie cadre ombragé et très bien entretenue avec un grand jardin . Idéalement situé à 10min de la plage et tout commerces à proximité. Nos 3 enfants ont adoré leur chambre et la véranda pour activités dessins et créations. Merci pour se magnifique séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.☺️

Saubere sehr schöne stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einem seperierten Anbau des Haupthauses von Familie Baier. Toller Urlaub

Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment richtig wohl gefühlt. Wir waren mit unserem Hund 2 Wochen in dem schönen Ferienhaus mit dem sehr ansprechenden Garten und der schönen Aussicht. Bei Fragen waren die Gastgeber Fam. Baier immer bereit zu helfen. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten, da wir die Gegend bereits kennen wussten wir auch das wir ein Stück Landeinwärts sein werden was wir bewusst so gewählt hatten. Wir bedanken uns für den freundlichen Empfang und die angenehme Zeit die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Wir haben uns gut erholt und die Zeit sehr genossen.

Beau séjour

Jolie maison, très agréable, située sur le terrain des propriétaires. On peut se garer sur le terrain devant la maison des propriétaires mais l'accès à la location est en contrebas et sur le côté, on se sent donc parfaitement indépendants, que l'on soit dans la maison ou dans le jardin (avec BBQ, chaises longues, les propriétaires nous ont même prêtés des jouets supplémentaires pour les enfants, encore merci). Les chambres sont agréables (chambre parentale avec un lit de 180 et chambre pour les enfants avec 3 lits simples de 90), les lits très confortables, de belles armoires pour ranger nos affaires, des ventilateurs auraient été un plus avec les grosses chaleurs que nous avons eu. Salon, salle à manger, cuisine, bien équipés, fonctionnels, rien à redire. La salle de bain, correcte également, manque juste d'un peu d'espace de rangement. Les commerces sont proches (moins de 5min en voiture), plusieurs plages à 15min, divers lieux touristiques et intéressants à visiter à proximité. Nous recommandons cette location, nous y avons passé un très beau séjour, dépaysant, les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants et très accueillants :-)

Très chouette séjour dans une très chouette maison

Nous avons passé une belle semaine de vacance en famille dans cette superbe région. La maison est bien appropriée pour 5 personnes et les propriétaires très sympathique et avenant. Propriété avec jardin très bien entretenue et sécurisée, intérieur simple mais fonctionnel.

Alojamiento muy agradable. Las fotos representan tal cual la casa. Muy bien equipado de todo lo necesario en la cocina: cazuelas, sartenes, platos , vasos , cubiertos en cantidad más que suficientes para las personas alojadas Hemos estado muy cómodos en la casa y hemos disfrutado mucho de la zona.
