We are nestled in a beautiful, and safe, neighborhood close to all EI restaurants and shops. This home has everything NEW including new cabinets and NEW floors throughout the entire house and is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Golf cart available small fee $150 weekly and dogs under 25 lbs allow for $85 fee per dog.

This Oceanside, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, single family home, is just seconds from the Emerald Isle Bridge providing you with easy access on and off the island. Family vacation

This was our first family vacation to Emerald Isle and we loved it! Neal was great to work with. The house was absolutely wonderful. Very clean and close to the beach, restaurants and stores. We loved the outdoor shower and the golf cart. Excellent property and Neal was a great host. We can’t wait to come back!
