Charming, perfect location and every amenity you could want! The first floor features 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with a pyramid bunk bed. A luxurious full bathroom with laundry area is easy to access from the bedrooms or the living room area. The kitchen is equipped with high end cabinets, appliances and fixtures to make even preparing your morning cup of coffee an enjoyable experience. There is a large living room and dining area with plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach. Step out of the living room through the French doors to access a wonderful outdoor deck and spacious back yard with water views! One of the wonderful features of this home is the abundance of natural light streaming in from the large windows, French doors and many skylights throughout the home. The second floor features a master suite complete with a queen size bed, sitting area and bathroom, perfect if you are traveling with extended family. Enjoy your stay even more because you are just steps to Pleasant Street Beach! Non-refundable $500 Administrative fee, $444 Cleaning fee (Linens included), plus applicable state and local taxes. Shorter stays of 3 or more nights available off season, inquire for pricing.

Great Young Family Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay. The home was a perfect location to the beach with a large yard for our 2 year old to roam. Home was well equipped with beach toys, chairs and towels. We would love to stay here again.

Great House

House very close to beach but if you were bringing beach gear you needed to walk around the road. No real view of the water. Home had everything we needed. Close to lots of pirate things which along with sharks the kids were very into. We were all very unhappy with the cleaning directions given by the management company the day before we left. Almost ruined the whole experience. We were asked to do the typical things but they added vacuum/ sweep all floors and wash countertops, stove, and fridge. We paid a cleaning fee upfront but it said we would be charged if we didn’t clean. I declutter when my cleaners are coming at home but I do not have to clean before they come. I will ask for this info on any future VRBO site and not book if this is included.

Ideal location. We stayed for the month of July. The property on the outside is shabby. Yard needs major work. This property could be gorgeous with some major curb appeal. Inside is updated. Overall we had a fabulous month!! But would not rent this property again unless they cleaned up the yard and surrounding area.

Perfect location!

The location doesn’t get much better. I quiet and beautiful just beach steps away. We had a great stay at this home. We had seen pictures of the fire pit and were looking forward to some cool nights by the fire but there ended up not being one. Little bummed about that, but overall, great house! We’ll be back!

Great location, great house!

Reviewer Comments: This is a fantastic vacation rental that is close to two great towns (Chatham and Harwich) and is a very short walk down a private path to Pleasant Beach, which is a quiet spot that is seldom crowded. Red River Beach, which is larger, is a little over a mile away. The house is a nice size and has a great master suite. It's a great place to relax and enjoy everything Cape Cod has to offer! My only knock is that some of the linens that came with the house looked a little long in the tooth (some had odd grease stains), which is why it gets 4 / 5 stars on cleanliness. Otherwise the place was spotless and perfectly maintained. OldCape Sotheby's is fantastic to work with as well!
