Located on the 1st floor of a small residence in the charming village of Duingt, near the lake and the cycle path, and only 20 minutes by car from Annecy.

This village on the west shore of Lake Annecy deserves its name of "Pearl of the Lake". Adjacent to St Jorioz, the town of Duingt offers an exceptional view of the mountains and the lake. The cycle path linking Annecy to Ugine crosses the village and makes it very easy to connect the villages along the lake by bike. Several shops are located in Duingt: a mini-market, a bakery, a newsagent, very good restaurants. The property is located 200 m from "Plage de Duingt", 4 km from the golf course "Golf de Giez", 9 km from the city of Annecy", 5 km from the supermarket "Super U or Carrefour Market (Saint-Jorioz )", 58 km from the airport "Airport of Geneva Cointrin", 9 km from the train station "Gare TGV d'Annecy", 18 km from the ski slope "Le Semnoz" and it is located in an ideal area for families and stays with friends.
