Large corner House and private pool with plenty of parking RV, boats etc. SLEEPS 12+ Large open floor plan 2400 sq feet for you to gather with friends and family and create a Havasu vacation memory. 4 spacious bedrooms 2 bathrooms.. Home is uniquely decorated to give the feel like a visit to the Beach at the Lake. Large Master Bedroom with private full bathroom double sink vanity, walk in shower comfortable King size memory foam, HS internet, smart TV with smartbox viewing over 1500 channels with premium channels and FREE pay per view if available, large windows, and lots of closet space . Bedroom #2 Queen memory foam bed that is very comfortable, large closet plenty of walk around space and 42" TV . Bedroom #3 is a extra large room with 2 Queen comfortable beds, a large closet, 55" smart TV and is across from the guest bathroom which is a Jack n Jill style complete bath and double shower heads, lots of cabinet space with large mirrors...Bedroom #4 is used as Office/ Bedroom this room is set up desk and a XL twin trundle daybed with double entry way, all rooms have ceiling fan and AC, window and storage bookcase and tons of games for a family game night..This home has many new features brand new Saltwater Pool with baja shelf and color changing lights for night time swim it accompanies a nice patio gazebo with lights, grass area, firepit , BBQ and 3 patio sets... Inside the home has large stocked kitchen blender, insta pot, air fryer, juicer, toaster, kurig . There are 2 dining tables seating for 10 table converters into a poker/game table. Living room is large with Fireplace, 65" smart cable TV then enjoy the large windows in the room to catch an outside view of a desert Sunset or even a rainbow, 2 patio doors which leads to private backyard and pool..... water softer system and reverse osmosis system, outside hose bids 1 in front, 1 on side of the house and 1 in backyard. We loved our stay. Great location, amazing pool. We loved the poker table and so many games. We had plenty of room and the communication with management was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again

The property was awesome!! The owner was quick to reply to messages and even let us check in a little early. My only complaint was the carpet in room I slept in had a pee smell to it. We didn't have any pets but the house is pet friendly. Great location, great host just need the carpets cleaned. 4 out of 5 rating for me.

Great vibe! In a quiet neighborhood

Half of my guests arrived a bit early and they were allowed an early check in. The house is amazing. Communication was quick and everything was great! Will definitely recommend property and I will for sure be back. Note fridge didn't get too cold and freezer did not freeze. But we had coolers with ice so it was not that big of a deal. Living room tv remote didn't work but I downloaded an LG remote on my phone and was able to get it on. But who watches TV when in havasu lol. Will definitely be back in the summer.

Checking in the house was the only problem. My group came a little early to the house. When they put the code in it didn’t work. Long story short we got the new code 40 min later.. The house was big and stocked with anything we needed. We were able to cook for a party of 12. The weather was 115 degrees so the pool was PERFECT. I do recommend a canopy but we easily set one over the Baja shelf. The location was great literally like a 5 min drive from downtown/shops. The neighbors didn’t bother at all and the house is on a corner so privacy was nice for our big party. Will book again in the future.

Great location

This property was very clean and overall a great place to stay with family or friends! It was just a few mins away from the lake and many other local shops. I would definitely recommend staying there for a relaxing lil trip.

Beautiful home

The home is very clean and cozy. We felt at home. It’s close to dining and shopping. Short drive the the lake. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed the backyard. Overall 10/10. We will be coming back soon =)

Awesome house

Super clean and great amenities. Beds and bedding all very comfortable. Beautiful master bathroom with large walk-in shower was perfect for my older parents. So many kitchen gadgets and really nice appliances. Backyard was so nice w/ pool and privacy. Brand new gas grill. TVs ALL w/ cable in LR and all 3 BRs. Large dining area/table and office if you need to work or put puzzles together which is what we did there. I can’t say enough good things about this house and the host!
