Modern 59 m² holiday apartment for 3 people: Wi-Fi, separate bedroom, ocean view, sauna, flat-screen TV, and much more! Welcome to the Baltic Sea spa town of Großenbrode—a holiday with a little something extra for the whole family!
The spacious “Meereszauber” apartment with a sea view, measuring 59.6 m² (2nd floor) and featuring a 14 m² south-facing balcony, promises a luxurious and relaxing holiday right on the fine-sand beach of Großenbrode.
The light-filled living-bedroom is equipped with a cosy sofa area (sofa bed 140×200 cm), a Smart TV, and a ceiling fan. The bedroom, which can be darkened, features a comfortable double bed (approx. 191 × 213 cm) and also a smart TV. From the living and sleeping area—furnished in a maritime style with modern interior design (Cosman Interior)—you’ll enjoy an enchanting view of the sea. The adjacent open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities. For coffee lovers, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine are available. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a glass partition. The special highlight is the apartment’s private sauna, as well as a wellness shower—a wonderful place to relax even on rainy days. You can access the large south-facing balcony from both the living room and the bedroom. Here, you’ll not only enjoy the unique view of the Baltic Sea, but also an outdoor seating area—seating three people, of course—as well as two deck chairs with a table and a beach umbrella.
The apartment comes with its own underground parking space (No. 19) in the building. An lift takes you directly from the garage to the 2nd floor.
You can store your bicycles safely in the bike storage room in the underground garage. If you dream of gently sloping beaches, glowing sunsets, and relaxation for the whole family—then come to Großenbrode on the Fehmarn Sound. The wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is perfect for digging in the sand and building sandcastles. Little water lovers and swimming enthusiasts can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow waters of the Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station.
The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the Warder town of Heiligenhafen (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing harbour, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 metres long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.
