Wonderful location

The photos of the Villa on the website do not do it justice. All the rooms are really large and they suited our family group well. The Villa is very well equipped with everything needed for your stay.The location is fantastic. I could recommend this villa for anyone wanting a stay in Sainte Maxime.

Amazing stay by the beach

We loved our stay here. Everything about it was fantastic, the location, the space, facilities, finish and cleanliness. We spent most days on the beach almost opposite and walked in to St Maxime in the evening. In addition we took a boat trip to St Tropez from St Maxime. Check in and check out was fantastic and both Lauriane and Benoit were lovely and really helpful. Thanks for making our holiday so special!

La Villa Ste Maxime 2022

Exactly as described, the villa is across the road from the beaches and beach bars. It is a short walk into Set Maxime with bars, restaurants covered market and shops. The view from the terrace is ever-changing and time just passes without knowing.

Nice villa close to the water

Very nice experience all the way through. The service around geting the key and leaving the house is excelent. Beautiful view from the terrasse overlooking . Walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and a very good bakery. We enjoyed the house and found it very confortable. Our stay was in hot july and therefore it was great that the house is fully airconditioned. Only surprice was that this is not your own villa. The villa (Villa le club) is split in four individual apartments - all however nicely separated with own private terrasses.

Wunderschönes Haus, gute Ausstattung , perfekte Lage. Es wäre alles perfekt wenn das Haus sauber wäre und der Besitzer auf Anfragen geantwortet hätte! Wir wollten, wie auch angeboten wurde, zusätzlich Tücher-Sets kaufen und Bettwäsche zum auswächseln haben, uns wurde versprochen, dass es gebracht wird allerdings ist es nicht geschehen und auf mehrmaligen Anrufe und Mails wurde nicht mehr reagiert. Sehr schade!

L’appréciation de Vitali me laisse perplexe car, à aucun moment, il ne m’a sollicité lors de son séjour, ni émis d’avis sur l’état du logement. Par contre, à la fin de son séjour, il s’est permis de quitter les lieux sans attendre le rendez-vous convenu pour le Check out en laissant les clés sous le tapis d’entrée.

Wir hatten eine super Woche!

Sehr grosszügige und durchwegs sehr hochwertig ausgestattete Villa. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos, im Garten eindrucksvolle Bäume und innen verleiht u.a. die Raumhöhe dem Ganzen ein wunderbares Flair! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen zudem prima Tipps, die unseren Aufenthalt nochmals aufwerteten. Die Strasse hört man natürlich im Garten und auf der Terrasse, aber sie ist optisch durch die Hecke gut kaschiert und der Verkehr war langsam - wir waren auf Strassengeräusche eingerichtet und fanden es für uns weniger störend als befürchtet. Wir hatten allerdings auch eher eine lebendige, pulsierende Gegend gesucht und gefunden als Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Die Strasse ist leicht zu überqueren (Zebrastreifen vor dem Haus) um unmittelbar an den öffentlichen Strand zu gelangen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen traumhaften Ausblick! Der Strand liegt direkt über der Straße, aber man sollte berücksichtigen, dass die Straße trotz einigen Abstands gut zu hören ist. Die gesamte Abwicklung hat ebenfalls sehr gut funktioniert. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen!

Merci Krister pour votre appréciation. Ce logement étant situé dans une pinède, il est difficile de maintenir la terrasse exempt d’aiguilles de pin. Pour le linge, nous veillerons, à l’avenir, à améliorer la prestation.
