Comfortable 3-room apartment with a magnificent view of Mont Blanc, in the premium residence EdenArc, located at the foot of the slopes. With a surface area of 60m² to accommodate 6 people with balcony/terrace located on the 1st floor with lift. Bedroom 1: king size double bed and bathroom/WC, desk, wardrobe with safe.
Bedroom 2: two single beds, a shower room/WC and a wardrobe.
In the living room: a sofa bed (quick opening), television, radio. Internet access in the apartment. A wardrobe with books and board games. Kitchen area with microwave grill, extractor hood, dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, raclette set, fondue set.
The residence has luxury services: indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool, fitness room, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam. Easy access to the laundry room located in front of the apartment (washing machine, dryer for a fee) In order to offer less strenuous and/or overbooked trips, I prioritise rentals from SUNDAY to SUNDAY The apartment is a few minutes walk from the Golf Course and La Folie Douce (no noise pollution). Covered parking in the basement is included in the rental.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour aux Arcs. Une seule remarque : le sofa devrait être changé ou bien réparé car il ne se déplie pas correctement.

Superbe vue sur le Mont Blanc

Propriété de standing au pied des pistes avec vue superbe. Grand espace salon et nuit (suite parentale spacieuse). Descriptif, livret d'accueil et relation avec le propriétaire : très bien. Seul bémol, le service de conciergerie qui se charge uniquement de donner les clefs sans autres explications (bâtiments, accès) et lits non faits. Nous y retournerons volontiers.

Appartement très fonctionnel, et agréable. Propriétaire sympa, disponible et à l'écoute. Séjour super, petit bémol sur la propreté de la cuisine à notre arrivée, sinon rien à dire. Correspond en tous points à l'annonce.

Appartement spacieux, vue magnifique sur le Mont-Blanc

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cet appartement. Il est spacieux, la vue est magnifique. Situé au premier étage, l’accès au casier à ski et pistes est très rapide. Nous avons profité tous les soirs de l’espace piscine /spa de la résidence, un gros plus ! Petit bémol sur l’équipement de la cuisine qui est un peu light si on mange tous les jours à l’appartement. Hormis cela nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Le propriétaire est très avenant et disponible. Nous recommandons à 100%.
