We had a great time on vacation! The house was beautiful and well equipped! There were 2 families that shared the house and plenty of space! Centrally located to everything! The grocery store the beach and all the restaurants! The parking pass was a plus for driving into town. We will definitely be back!

Amazing location and beautiful home

We loved staying here! Plenty of space for a trip with our extended family AND a perfect location to be near Rehoboth Beach and the outlets. Pools were great when we didn’t feel like going to the beach. We were also super impressed with the responsiveness of both the management company and property owner.

A Wonderful Vacation

I could not have chosen a better place to stay! The house is beautiful, comfortable, and had plenty of room. It had everything we needed to enjoy the week. It is close to the beach, had a lovely community pool, and we constantly used the screened porch. If we return to Rehoboth I’d want to stay there again.

Lovely family house for the beach

We were a family of 5 adults and 1 toddler and enjoyed our stay very much. Host was super responsive and communicative. House was large and spacious - 5 min walk to community pool. Very short drives to coffee shops, playground, boardwalk and beach. Will definitely look to stay next summer.

Fabulous family vacation!!

Great house - easily accommodated our family group - 10 adults & 2 infants. Prime location close to town, Route1, and the beach - we biked every day either to the beach or into town. Pool table, TVs, and screened porch were great for hanging out. We had a great time - thank you!! We are already planning for next year!

Big beautiful and a really excellent location !!

What a great vacation. The house is really beautiful. Well maintained, beautifully decorated and abundantly equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the owner could not have been better. While the beach was not walkable, everything was really close. The location was really great to get to everything. The gyms and community pools also were very handy. I would love to rent this house again. It really enabled us to have a great vacation.

wonderful week - lovely furnishings, great kitchen, everything we needed.. the pool table was a huge hit and the screened in porch a delight! location close to highway made for easy trips for groceries and restaurants for take-out....Never went in the community pools but appreciated the work out facility. Only thing that could have improved it would be an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach! Terrific responsive owner made our last minute decision to come to the beach so easy!

It’s better than the photos

The owner was extremely communicative and great to rent from. The pictures do not do the home justice. The neighborhood is great and it’s easy access to Rehoboth by bike and car. It’s also easy access to Lewes by bike. You don’t have to go on Rt 1 to get to Rehoboth. We’ve been coming to the area as a family for 10+ years and this was our favorite home that we stayed in.

Awesome place to stay for a big family!!

We had a great time a week before memorial day and it is a fantastic play to stay. We had 11 of us, mostly extended family stayed to celebrate my daughter's college graduation with a time off. We are very familiar with both Rehoboth and Bethany beaches which are family friendly. There is plenty of room for everyone to stay, lot of places to sit down have coffee and chat at home, watch TV and play pool table all day/night. Myread is a great host, always very very resposive and great at communication and we just felt right at home. The house had tea/coffee/sugar, paper towels/trash bags/laundry detergent etc, so we did not need to rush on day 1 to get all the essential stuff like we have done in other rental places. Will I go back again? 100%

Perfect Vacation Home

What a perfect family vacation we had in this lovely residence. I'm a big fan of Mackenzie-Childs decor; it brings a whimsical vibe to this beautifully-appointed house. The layout was ideal for our family of various ages to gather for playing games and watching movies on tv and having down-time The kitchen lacked for nothing. My adult children, who love to cook, appreciated the spacious, well-stocked kitchen and barbeque area. After a day at the ocean/pool, the laundry came in handy (an outdoor shower would have been a plus). One son rode a bike daily to the beach; the other son and son in law enjoyed a round of golf nearby. The young girls couldn't get enough of the Amusement Park with ice cream on the boardwalk afterwards. There truly was something for everyone. We are a family from the suburbs of Boston, Chicago, and New York. The one negative: never have we endured such traffic, taking an inordinate amount of time to travel to and from Rehoboth, obviously beyond the control the owners. Responses from the owner and realtor to our queries was quick and helpful. We hope to make it back to this gorgeous home.

Great Location!

This house is perfectly situated between the beach & the outlets. We had plenty of space for our 2 families & the pool table kept everyone entertained between activities. The host is quick to reply with questions, & renting linens was an easy process. The house was well stocked with essentials (coffee pot & corkscrews!). We took Ubers to the boardwalk on nights out. Excellent vacation home with stellar amenities

This was the most pleasant vacation rental experience of my life. The owner was incredibly helpful with the logistics, sending the information on time, clarity of instructions.
