Short break in the lovely village of Les Carroz

Apartment was as per the listing, very convenient to all amenities which was part of why we chose to book here. Apartment was a bit of squeeze for 4 adults, but manageable for a short period.The issue had was the incorrect listing at time of booking, which was months ago, yet 1 week before our holiday we were told there was no laundry. No solution or any options were offered by the host, they just said nothing could be done. I managed to arrange laundry at additional costs but it would have been much better to have been advised at the time of booking. If the listing has not been updated yet, bear in mind you will be expected to provide everything, including the pillowcases which the host did say were included, but they weren’t!
