Loved it!

We stayed for 3 nights. The home was clean, nicely decorated and located close to restaurants, the beach and a market for groceries. We toured the Normandy region during our stay and found the location a great base to explore other areas! Jean was easy to communicate with. He greeted us when we arrived and even had a welcome bottle of locally made cidre and caramels for us. I would highly recommend this VRBO!

Beautiful!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this home in Normandy. It was so clean, perfectly located between all of the D-Day sites, and the owners are so kind. They have everything you would need in the kitchen. I really loved having a washing machine! There's not a dryer, so you just need to hang dry laundry. I have only good things to say about this property! One note: you need to bring your own body soap, shampoo, and bath towels. We went to the nearby store to buy these items. Thank you!

Perfect Home Base to Explore Normandy

This little tucked away home was perfect for our Normandy getaway. We were minutes from Omaha Beach and the American Cemetery, 1.5 hours to Mont St. Michel, and 2 hours to Honfleur. The house is very well-appointed, Jean has made sure everything is covered! Kitchen appliances and anything needed to make a meal was available. Bed was very comfortable. Shower a large standup with plenty of hot water. Radiator on both floors worked well. Parking was a little tricky but coming from America we had to figure out how to park in a tight space. Jean is available in case anything is needed, and he was on time for check in and check out. A bottle of wine and caramels were waiting for us when we arrived. We would definitely seek out his property again the next time we are in Normandy.

Wir hatten eine richtig tolle Zeit im Gîte Les mouettes! Das Haus ist super gemütlich, tipptopp sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Vom Schlafzimmer aus konnten wir sogar die Straße runter bis zum Meer schauen – richtig schön!Besonders praktisch war die Garage im Hinterhof, und die Lage ist einfach perfekt: Bäcker, Restaurants und der Hafen mit frischem Tagesfang sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar.Der Gastgeber hat uns mit einer Flasche Cidre und leckeren Caramels begrüßt – eine super liebe Aufmerksamkeit. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent séjour !Le logement est confortable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et surtout très propre.Il est idéalement situé, à seulement quelques pas de la mer, du port et à proximité de tous commerces, restaurants. Tout est accessible à pied.Entre balades au bord de mer, découvertes locales et moments de détente, nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Normandie.L'accueil du propriétaire, ses conseils, sa disponibilité nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise.

Charmante Maison de pêcheur

Les avis de la maison étaient très positifs. Je ne peux que les confirmer: la maison a beaucoup de charme, bien équipée, propre et dans un état neuf. idéalement située à proximité de la plage avec une vue sur la mer proche des commerces avec un parking privé si besoin. Le propriétaire, Jean est de très bon conseil. Je recommande !! Et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bon accueil dans ce gîte situé près d'une rue commerçante et à proximité du port. Nous avons découvert la pointe du Hoc, la ville de Bayeux et sa tapisserie, le port de Saint Vaast la Hougue et de Barfleur, et, sous la pluie, le Cap de la Hague et sa région ....

Die nette kleine Wohnung ist eigentlich ein Häuschen mitten in der Stadt. Das Motto Möve und Meer zieht sich durch die gesamte, liebevoll gestaltete Einrichtung. Die Lage ist zentral nah beim Hafen und Strand. Tolle Möglichkeiten für Fahrradausflüge und Wanderungen in geschichtsträchtiger Umgebung. Wir die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

D'abord très bien accueilli par le propriétaire nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte rénové avec goût. Idéalement situé près du port et du centre ville, tout est accessible à pied. La région regorge de possibilités de visites et de balades. Nous sommes rentré chez nous très satisfait.
