Life is easily organized on one floor, no stair, with an equipped kitchen open to the living room, where everything has been designed for your comfort, starting from the dishwasher to the toaster and including all the essential cookware. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed 200*200, three another bedrooms equipped with Queen Size beds 160*190.

The villa is equipped with an inverter and batteries to compensate for the rare power cuts that there are in the village for regular maintenance of the network in general.

For your information:

Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wifi Internet, household entrance, exit and once a week during your stay. Gardener and maintenance of the pool.

Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your expense during your stay. We take the meter on your arrival and departure. Only your consumption in kilowatt is billed rate in force in the village.

This amount is paid in cash on the day of your departure, plan ahead.

The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD.

A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or losing the key, we will ask you to pay for the change of the latter – 150 USD.

We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone. Thank you for understanding.

We inform you about a construction project that is being carried out near the house. Working hours are usually between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday and until noon on Saturdays. High noise levels are likely to occur during working hours.
