The home is within walking or biking distance of many restaurants, shopping centers, recreational activities, and beaches. This completely renovated bungalow, in the sought-after 500 block of Naples Park, with top-of-the-line finishes, is sure to amaze!!! There is space for the whole family with this open floor plan and a large, covered lanai overlooking a private tropical oasis with an enclosed, heated pool and spa (no extra charge for pool heat). It is the perfect place for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Naples.

The covered, screened lanai has new (2026) comfortable sofa seating as well as an outdoor table, smart tv, lounge chairs, and a Weber LP grill. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after returning from your day at the beach.

The living area is open to the kitchen and has ample seating, a smart TV, and bluetooth speakers with surround sound. Full view sliders open up to the lanai for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The fully stocked kitchen is state-of-the-art with gleaming quartz counters, SS appliances, pantry, and a huge island with counter seating for 5. It is stocked with everything you need to cook a feast. The large laundry room has a new (2023) front-load washer and dryer, utility sink, and loads of cabinet space. There is also a whole-house water filtration system.

The home has a dedicated dining room with seating for 6 that also shares duty as a home office. It is set up with a spacious desk, bookcase, and a wireless printer for those of you who may need to work while on vacation.

The master bedroom boasts a split-king adjustable bed, a private updated bath, and access via a sliding patio door to the lanai. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has two XL twin beds that can be made into a king bed upon request. The two guest bedrooms share a beautiful, updated bathroom with plenty of storage.

You will find everything you could possibly need for your beach vacation including a family pass to Delnor-Wiggins State Park, beach chairs and umbrella, sand toys, 4 bicycles and helmets, a kids bike trailer, books, games, and puzzles. We also provide a pack-n-play, baby monitor, sound machine, a booster high chair, kids cups, plates, and silverware for any families traveling with small children.

Non-shedding dogs are welcome with owner`s approval prior to booking.

With restaurants, shopping, and other attractions just a short walk or bike ride away, you’ll be all set for an unforgettable vacation. This property has all of the charm, ambiance and amenities that make it your best choice for enjoying the Naples area.

We were searching for a beautiful house in Naples Park with at least two king size beds, a big table for the familie inside and outside and a big screened heated pool.There are not many houses that offer our demands and we were happy to find this beautiful house. Everything you need is inside, the furniture is on a very good shape, the beds are comfortable and the there is even a Florida state park pass so can save 6 Dollars a day on the beach.We loved it and will come back soon

This was a special visit because my dear wife passed away recently and Naples was a place we visited quite often. I loved this property so much that I wish it were one that we had rented during one of our visits. I highly recommend this property!! This was our first time to SW Florida and we had a great stay. Ruth’s house was the perfect size. Perfect Family Getaway in Naples

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house in Naples! The house was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The pool was a big hit - we especially enjoyed relaxing in the Jacuzzi in the evenings. It really felt like a home away from home. Great Location, Great Pool, Great Vacation Home!

This home is completely renovated and looks like a model home. Every detail has been thought of by the owner from beach towels, pool floats, bicycles, and a fully outfitted kitchen. You will have a very relaxing vacation in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes from the beach!

We vacationed on Vanderbilt Beach a several years ago and fell in love with the area and all the nearby amenities. As my husband started cutting back on work, we started spending more time in Florida, so we decided to buy our own piece of paradise!
We bought our properties one at a time and renovated and furnished them to our high standards. I love being a host and providing a relaxing and comfortable stay for my guests. I’m always available for any assistance during your stay. I hope you love spending time at our homes as much as we do!
