The villa "JARIPINS" welcomes you all year round in the hinterland of Nice
Ideally located, between sea and mountain, 20 minutes from Nice and 30 minutes from Cannes/Juan-les-Pins, and 30 minutes from the first ski resort (Gréolières).
Surrounded by beautiful, typical, perched villages; Vence, St Paul, Gourdon, Tourettes-Sur-Loup, ...

A spacious interior, recently renovated and furnished with high quality design furniture.

Outside, a nice garden, decorated with olive trees and fruit trees of 2000 m² has been prepared for you to enjoy:
• Heated swimming pool equipped with an alarm for children, can be enjoyed before and after the season, 6 deckchairs, 1 large outdoor lounge
• Poolhouse composed of a summer kitchen, a fridge for your drinks and a large barbecue. You will also find a shower and a toilet
• Ping-pong table, petanque court, beach rackets
• Large terrace with dining room for 10 guests and equipped with a large electric awning

Interior equipment:
• In the living room, you will find two large sofas with a beautiful artistic coffee table made of olive roots and a flat screen TV, a large decorative fireplace and high speed internet
• Just behind is a large dining room with a solid wood table that can accommodate 10 guests
• In the kitchen you will find a coffee maker, blender, toaster, juicer, kettle, electric whisk, microwave, oven, dishes and utensils
• To facilitate your arrival, a minimum of supplies will be provided to start your stay
• Board games as well as booklets and pamphlets describing the different activities available in the area are available in the lobby

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
• The master suite on the first floor is composed of a bedroom with a double bed (180cm by 200cm) and a desk, the adjoining bathroom includes an Italian shower, a bathtub, a double sink and a toilet, you will also find a washing machine
• The first bedroom upstairs has a large double bed (180cm x 200cm) and a single bed (90cm x 200cm)
• The second bedroom upstairs has a large double bed (180cm x 200cm) which can also be separated into two single beds (90cm x 200cm). The room also has a large bay window with a terrace
• A bathroom with a bath-shower, toilet and bidet is available for both rooms
• The last room has a large double bed (180cm x 200cm) that can be separated into two single beds (90cm x 200cm) and an additional single bed (90cm x 200cm). This room has its own bathroom equipped with a bath-shower, a toilet and a bidet. Furthermore, the room is accessible from the inside as well as directly from the outside via a separate entrance door

This is an lovely villa with fine furnishings and fittings. All the rooms are delightful and the outside space has something for everyone. There is a large pool with an attractive pool house. Highly recommended.

Lovely villa

Very lovely villa, beautifully decorated. Good facilities and perfect pool for the kids. Enough room for our 10 person/ three families group. Minor problems with oven not working. At the villa we mostly relaxed, cooked, played petangue, swimmed. Decent restaurants and grocerie shop nearby, within walking distance.

A relaxing place

The house and the property are just gorgeous. The house is spacious, with good bathrooms and bedrooms. You can enjoy time together and there is room for privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, and just a walk away from a good bakery for getting your croissants in the morning. The owner of the property was very kind and gave thorough information before our stay and was helpful to our questions. It was very professional. We had a great stay and we can recommend the this house.
