Hello,
we have rented appartments via "FeWo direkt" a couple of times before and where always happy. This time we stayed 2 weeks in july 2024 in this appartment. It didn't have reviews when we booked it, so I think its important to provide details here.
The location is very good. You can walk in 2min to the beach and the pool. The car parking is gated. The pool is good for children max. depth 1,2m.
It must be clear, that this appartment is in the basement of the building. As described, you don't have sea view, but you sit in front of the cellar door.
The furniture, wallpaper, bathrooms, kitchen have had their days. Look careful at the pictures.
The bunk bed is in the staircase. In contrast to the description, their is no bedroom with bunkbeds. In other words only 4 people have a door to their bedroom.
Unfortunately the cleanliness was not sufficient. We had to spend half a day of cleaning ourselves. That also includes removing weeds on the terrace that were 30cm tall, remove spider webs and bird droppigs, fight the smell etc.
Also the WiFi didn't work. We asked the owner about solutions regarding cleanliness and WiFi and didn't get a reply. In contrast to the description, the owner doesn't speak englisch and wouldn't not talk on the phone at all.
We do not consider to rent this appartment again and maybe not to rent via "FeWo direkt" at all.
