Welcome to 75 Corinthian , a stunning 3 bedroom 3 bath mountain escape.

This town home allows you to enjoy a quiet and peaceful space, while still being minutes from Keystone, Frisco, and Silverthorne, where you can enjoy outdoor activities, bars, and good food. The condo is walking distance to some beautiful hiking and biking paths, as well as Lake Dillon, and the marina. The home has access to a great clubhouse with pool, hot tub, sauna and meeting room open year around. There is a private porch with mountain top views and plenty of Aspen trees for privacy. There is a free shuttle bus stop nearby that will take you to many Summit County destinations including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain resorts.



The condo has a private 2 car garage. It features a fully equipped upgraded kitchen with granite counters, a dining room table that seats 6 and a small kitchen island with an additional 2 seats. The open space, along with the 2 living rooms allows you to enjoy quality time with your friends and family, while not feeling overcrowded. There is a cozy stone fireplace on the main floor living room, that is very user friendly. The main living room also features vaulted ceilings and comfortable furnishings. Enjoy the convenience of a private washer and dryer. Watch the sunset and sunrise from the comfort of a private deck that comes equipped with comfortable seating and dining as well as a grill.
The Master bedroom upstairs has a King Bed and en suite bathroom. The is also a flat screen TV located on the dresser.
The second bedroom is also on the top floor. It features a Queen Bed and a Full over Full bunk. The second bathroom is located just outside this bedroom.
The third and final bedroom is located in the basement and features a King Bed. The third bathroom is located in the basement next to this bedroom.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 2-3 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.PARKING: Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.TRAVEL WITH PEACE OF MIND CLEANING: SkyRun is continues to follow rigorous cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. SUMMIT COUNTY FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Stage 1 fire restrictions, and Summit County’s year-round fire regulations, prohibit building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire. An open fire is defined as any outdoor fire, including but not limited to campfires, warming fires, bonfires, or prescribed burns of any material.

Perfect Ski Vacation Rental Home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful townhome. The unit was fully equipped, and had everything we wanted and more. The check-in and check-out was super easy. The condo is in a perfect location to get to both Copper and A-Basin for skiing, and there were tons of space for drying out our ski gear overnight in the super spacious walk-in closets. Our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids), also really enjoyed the clubhouse where the kids could swim in the indoor/outdoor pool and the adults could soak in the hot tub and relax in the sauna. The house was clean and organized and very comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Great Townhome close to multiple Ski Resorts
Enjoyed our stay at this Dillon Townhome giving us access to Vail, Breckenridge, Beaver Creek, and Keystone Ski resorts. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was great!

Well equipped, nice unit!
This was exactly what I expected from the photos and description and a bit more! The unit is managed by a professional agency (SkyRun Rentals) and it shows. Check in was seamless, the management company reached out at to confirm that our stay was going well, and the unit came with lots of the basics (toiletries, plenty of linens, etc). The unit itself is nice, and VERY well equipped. The kitchen in particular had everything that I expected and a ton more. There were plastic food storage containers (rubbermaid) which most condos lack, but are critical for leftovers if you're cooking. There were even muffin tins!!! One feature that isn't exactly listed, but turned out to be very nice is that the 2 upstairs bedrooms have very large walk-in closets. Our group had 2 smaller kids and we set them up in the closets as "mini bedrooms", which they loved! Overall, this was a great location for our family (2 grandparents, 4 parents, and two kids).

Family Ski Week
My family and I had a great ski week. We usually stay in Breckenridge. We like to ski all the Epic areas when we visit and did so this trip. We skied Breckenridge, Vail, Beaver and Keystone, some twice. We found this central location to be very convenient to all ski areas. We had 6 people and this home accommodated us. We ate all our dinners at the condo and it had all the utensils, appliances, pots and pans we needed. When we arrived we found the toaster was not working, but with one call we had one delivered for the next mornings breakfast. Nice.
