This house with its four comfortable apartments is located 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the center of Premantura. The neighborhood is very calm. The beautiful nature and the pristine coastal landscape of this region make up the appeal of this popular holiday resort as much as the variety of swimming and water sports.

All apartments are comfortably and practically furnished and have satellite.-TV, WiFi connection, heating and air conditioning.

Apartment with stunning view

Apartment is big and comfortable, totally equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, etc. It's open, sunny space, ideal for relaxing. Terrace has stunning view to the sea and center. There are also two balconies from the kitchen and bathroom. Distance to the beach is only few minutes walk. Owner is friendly and helpful. We will come back.

Great accommodation!

We were 2 weeks in this apartment, 4 of us. Apartment is really comfortable, and it has big terrace, big garden with BBQ. It's a great thing that beach is only 10 minutes away, by foot. And also center is close. Owner is friendly, and here when you need him. I recommend this accommodation to everyone!
