As guests walk into this condo, they will meet this beautifully decorated foyer with a tiled floor hallway that leads to a one-of-a-kind kitchen with gray backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and simple white but beautiful countertops. The kitchen looks into the dinning area so there can be engagement with the group around the dining table that seats 6, or the bar area that offers 5 stools. From the kitchen and dining area, the space opens into the living room which hosts a beautiful sectional and flat screen TV where you can curl up and read a book, eat some popcorn and watch a movie or take a midday snooze.

The master bedroom will indulge guests with the perfect opportunity for rest. The space includes a king-size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in-closet and private balcony overlooking the beautiful sand dunes and beach. The En-suite bathroom offers a glass shower, double vanity, and Jacuzzi tub that is perfect for relaxing.

Adjacent to the master bedroom is a guest bedroom. There is a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle bed. So 4 kids could sleep in there! This room includes a mounted flat screen TV. There is a private bathroom with a glass shower and single vanity with stool. A sliding glass door opens to the wrap-around balcony and breathtaking views of the shimmering emerald water.

The last suite in the condo features a king bed, large closet, and adjoining private bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower combination. The bedroom also offers access to the balcony and overlooks the pool, sand dunes, and the Gulf.
The condo includes in-unit stacked washer and dryer units, a dedicated covered parking space, and bike racks. The elevators and stairs are conveniently located directly behind the condo's private parking place, making it easy to unload for your stay.

Excellent location

This property has a great location on the beach and easy access. The pool amenities are fabulous and very convenient. The condo itself is roomy and the layout allows for privacy. Cleanliness was the issue from the floors to the dishes. Hopefully this will be addressed. This is not a good fit for elderly guests.

Heaven on Earth!

This condo exceeded all expectations! It is truly heaven on earth! It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The views from each room are spectacular. The condo is so spacious and welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were amazing amenities like a jacuzzi tub, washer and dryer, pool, and porch access from multiple rooms. The beach is truly the best beach I've ever been to! The water is crystal clear and the sand is the softest powdery white sand I've ever seen. I had friends come that are not beach people, but still loved being at this beach! The property managers were very communicative. This place is incredible and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a beautiful getaway! You won't regret it.

We keep returning to this SPECIAL place

This is such a beautiful and special place. We have been to this property several times, we love it so much. It is beautifully furnished, and so peaceful. I love the wraparound porch. I also love how there's lots of glass and sliding doors and from most places in the apartment you look straight out the windows to the beach and the water. (It also helps to be able to come up from the beach to make lunch and still be able to keep half an eye on the kids!) The kitchen is surprisingly spacious and has a curved counter with seating, instead of the usual island with stools only side by side. We come here with another couple and their kids, and so most mornings we sit at that curved counter and finish our coffee and talk with our friends while the kids charge down to the beach. In addition to just having a peaceful feel, on a practical basis, we also really appreciate that the property has a lot of extra space (including the wraparound porch). It also comes with a few extra starter 'consumable' supplies- not just shampoo etc but also kitchen things you would normally need to buy at the store, like a little bottle of dishwashing liquid and salt and pepper. During the day, you can reserve a nice beach chair set with the guys at the little stand immediately by the beach access. (Tip: Get there slightly before 8am if you want to get a spot that is right in front of the property, if you have slightly older kids and don't always need to be ON the beach with them but still want to be able to keep one eye on them.) One of our favorite things to do is pick a clear night and bring a portable firepit and camp chairs and sit out on the sand and roast marshmallows. (You have to reserve such spots with the beach and there are specific spots all along 30a, including one right near this property.) There is also a very large smart TV that we end up using to watch movies when we just need a casual night. The whole experience here has always been just lovely. We HIGHLY recommend this property.

Great location. Could be better.

We have stayed at the Dunes of Seagrove before and never had any issues. However, the property management was difficult and argumentative. Don’t look under anything. We tired to use the pullout couch—it was disgusting. Don’t look behind the couch or under it. They don’t clean there. I am not usually a stickler for this-but when I called to talk about it—they were rude. Just be aware.

Our favorite routine with friends and family is still to hit the beach all day then retreating to our beachfront units to enjoy a cocktail and dinner on the balcony as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico. That is the experience we want all of our guests to enjoy every day, there’s no better place to eat lunch and dinner than the balcony of our properties.

During your stay, we strive to provide as many amenities as possible to give you a relaxing and worry free upscale vacation. We feature 600 thread count 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, 600 thread count white cotton duvet’s changed every stay, 20 lb towels, and most of our properties come with free beach service from March 1 through Oct 31. We also leave salt, pepper, cooking oil and seafood seasoning because that is a personal pet peeve of ours. We want our properties to be your home away from home.

We are always close by and have someone on call 24-7. We are known for our quick responses to any Guest need to ensure that they have the vacation they Deserve.
