About this property

Spacious house with lots of light & spectacular view from the sun room. Outdoor hot tub fits 6 and runs year-round. Fully equipped kitchen. Only 9 miles from Ithaca on a quiet country road. Porch and gas grill for outside eating and a large deck. Very serene, peaceful place with gardens, hammock, fruit trees, goldfish pond, and large yard. Super-comfortable beds with a queen in the master bedroom, a double, and two twins. You are welcome to harvest berries, fruits and vegetables from the orchard & garden. Great get-away pot is very peaceful.

Can't Believe It's Real!

We had no idea what to expect, as we've never been to this region in New York before. From the minute we ran from the car to the front door as a storm was sweeping through the area until we were packing the car back up this morning to head home, I was OBSESSED with the views that this house provided. Everything in the house was exactly as described in the listing and in the materials that Martha provided upon confirmation of our reservation. But nothing that she provided could prepare me for the breath-taking views off the covered porch or how quiet and peaceful it was at any point of the day. Martha was easy to get in touch with and very helpful to us. The house was clean and bigger than it seemed in the pictures. But seriously... nothing will prepare you for the views and that sky in the night time. We kept thinking it was an elaborately painted backdrop!
